Has anyone else had the problem that when speed tester is set to run hourly, it fails to start between 12 noon and 6 pm ish.

I cannot fathom out why it should not run between these times, and in doing so is not giving me a true picture of my connection speeds.

We were doing some hardware upgrades to our servers yesterday, that's probably why.

Is this a regular thing? Or just a one off?
