I have installed download monitor but it does not accept my password. i have Window Vista and avg antivirus , please advise.
the desktop icon works ok except the password is not accepted.
I did change my password on the forum. successfully. thanks Carol

Use the same password you use to login to bradbandchoices. If you changed it on the forums, it also changes on broadband.
