No i have the 8MEG BT total broadband package and am told my speed should be at least 7 but I only get 0.4 on a good day and have frequent disconcetions. BT provide their own brower but I am unable to use it as it has too many bugs HATE BT!!!!!!!!!!!
Ive been a bt customer for nearly 2 years in that time thay have owed me around £400.00, which thay have had to give me back due to there crap service. Im about 4miles from the exchange,so i do get 7.52 out of the 8mb,but alot of the time im getting 0.05.thay say it's my computer when i do get through to them.yet 2 buisness in the village and 22 bt customers all have the same problem. thay will never say it's there fault but anyone with a brain cell can see it's there problem. why can we not speak to someone in this country who deals with faults?thay can not evan say my name correctly never mind my address. 4days without internet again and still waiting for a call back.
