Does anyone still use AOLcrap, lol last time i used AOL tried to uninstall the silly software and it killed XP, i dont install anysoftware at all to use braodband, just a Netgear modem and never had a problem since.
I agree. They used to make you use AOL 9.0 thing software to check your billing status etc, but luckily, now you can check (some of) that (at least) with firefox/ie. Also, don't EVER use the disc they give you to set up your internet. Do it manually. 1 You understand and learn a lot more about your internet. 2 Your pc doesn't die. 3 You can actually change settings. 4 You know what is being done to your router and pc.
