Transfered to talktalk 16/9/8 They cut my phone off unable to recive calls
If I pick up the phone up get crossed line with another dissatified customer (Who transfered on the 15/9/8) internet was connected the next day at 0.5 Mbps wow only 200% lower than with BT
Given up calling there customer service Must have spent hours holding on , when i finaly got through they said the engeneer would call back (never did). Even tried their email reply sevice on their web page guess what doesn't work. found another email address sent email no reply.
Totaly disalutioned phoned BT on fri 19/9/8 please can I come back to you.Yes and you can have the first 3 months at half price.GREAT Mon 22/9/8 got a call from BT engineer (yes the phone was working) he said hi your phone is now working any more problems just call customer services (hold on for half an hour get told we will call you back) I don't think so i'm back off to BT strange how it took a BT engineer to fix the fault
Just remember this quote from talktalk web site You should experience little or no downtime during the switchover. We will keep you up to date with the latest progess and if and when you might be offline, this shouldn't be more than a couple of hours on the day of the switchover.
