I recently " several months ago " moved to talk talk from leaving plus net "big mistake" at present!! I have had nothing but problems i.e my internet works wen it wants to and does'nt work when I want it to!!! also I was told by the Lad that was sorting my account up that he would deal with all the details "such as" canceling my contract with plus net..... but yet plus net are STILL taking payment from me,,,for something im not using.. I could go on and on....and on..... its driving me mad....I dont feel i am getting anywere with talk talk i would be greatfull if someone can please help me and point me in the rite direction.

I have been with talktalk since they offered free broadband and was very happy until they unbundled the local loop in the exchange . since then i have had problems every few months. broadband works whenever it wants to speeds very variable from 8bit/sec to 3mbs. upload sppeds never any good at ll. only good factor is it is an excellent price but thats no good if it doesnt work.
my solution :- move to cable
