With more and more people managing their accounts online and making huge savings as a result, what’s the argument for sticking with a standard tariff and paper bills? Surely they will be obsolete soon?

I manage my accounts online but still refuse to go paperless unless they offer a discount for doing so. The savings on paper and postage should be passed on to the consumer. This "we'll plant a tree on your behalf" is ridiculous.

P.S. If you haven't notice, I don't care about the environment.

I like trees, but i don't like environmentalists. I'm in a perpetual state of confusion.

Guys I'm a little bit upset at your apparent lack of care over the state of our environment. Paper-less billing is a great way to make sure you "do your bit", as well as manage your bills online

I agree with Dan, these "environmentalists" get their knickers in a twist over every thing. Get a real job.
