Having requested a MAC code, you should receive that code within four days. Is this really happening, or are ISPs dragging their heels over MAC code disclosure?

Tesco gave me my MAC code in a couple of days, and paid me back what's left of the monthly fee they owed me by cheque a few weeks later.
