Virgin Media sent out 800 letters to customers threatening to cut off their broadband supply if they didn't stop sharing music files. They call it 'education'.

Did you receive one of these letters? Is this course of action fair?

This is completely wrong. They can't go round accusing people of something without any proof.

This is the reason I'm not with Virgin Media or any of the so called "big 5".

I was really angry they threaten their users with this and ive cancelled my broadband with Virgin and now waiting to complete transfer to another company, speeds are really bad, in the evening im getting less than 9kbps, i can get 45kbps with dial up, just a joke!
